Blog 11/22/2016- I'm excited about new plans with the Medical Movement Gymnastics Cure, & Redlands Music Lessons! 11/5/2015 - I'm really enjoying working with you all, everyone of you that comes into my classes. I'm going to continue the giveaway program and work to keep great themed concepts as well as breaking down the bases of yoga, mind body and soul. 10/19/2015 - Ten days until our open house everyone!!! Come in and get some free snacks, nice music, and take some from demo classes. I am having a great time with the classes and really enjoying doing great yoga with everyone who is coming in. Please make suggestions, tell me when you have pains, or questions. I'll always make adjustments for you!

Items like T-shirts, to scented herbal soaps, and candles are up for grabs as well as jackets, blankets, yoga bolsters, and concert tickets.
