Overview
I love to grow in yoga in all styles and with diverse groups. EVERYONE is welcome and can receive yoga benefits. I've worked with couples, singles, those who are toddlers and infants, as well as those elderly, non-able to walk. Those post-stroke, broken backs and broken necks are some of my clients as well as elite athletes at the highest level. I'm here to help with support and a kind heart for every session and beyond.
